How Am I Planning To Use ChatGPT /AI to Write Blogs/Articles To Simplify Work? | Step-By-Step Tutorial

 

These days, almost everyone is talking about AI and using AI for their work. AI has become a new revolution in the market and not using AI to simplify your work would be an injustice to yourself! 

If you want to excel in your career and remain in the market, you need to be updated with the new technologies coming into the market.

What I Think AI Is?

Everyone has their own views on the AI revolution. Most people are saying that AI will end many people’s jobs, AI will take human jobs to an end, AI will replace human efforts, so many people will be jobless due to AI, and more. But I think it is their own perspective and how they want to analyze the situation.

My belief regarding AI invention is that it is an awesome tool developed by human beings for their own benefit with no harm to anyone if used wisely.

This would simplify the way people work,

to make things easy for human beings, 

to reduce repetition in work, 

and more. 

It is a technological advancement that has come up with its own advantages. 

You can take your work to the top if you use it for your work. This can help you simplify the process if you learn how to use it for your benefit.

How Am I Planning To Use AI?

I plan to use AI to write blog posts, social media posts, YouTube videos, and more but that’s not it. Although AI can do these things with just a single click, that’s not what I have planned. I want original content for my blog, so I wouldn’t use AI immediately to write an article.

My plan to use AI to help me in my work is a little different. 

In this blog, I am exploring the use of ChatGPT. 

Let me explain this step-by-step:

#1. While writing a blog post, I first give a prompt to chatGPT to first come up with the title idea

#2. And then, the most searchable titles

#3. Choose one topic from the list and then ask ChatGPT to give the keywords related to the title.

#4. Next, provide a prompt to write a blog post using these keywords

#5. Ask ChatGPT to make it more personalized and use simple words

#6. You can ask ChatGPT to make the post plagiarism free

#7. ChatGPT can improve it with search terms using SEO optimization

Now, it is ready for you to give it a human touch and make it personalized. At this point, I start to rewrite the article or post making it simpler and personalized because I don’t like my friends and audience to say anything I don’t really mean to.

As I want to make a real connection with my audience using my personal brand and tone; even though I use ChatGPT to help me in my work, I never post any AI-written articles on my profile.

But yes, I feel that knowing how to use AI to simplify and fasten your work is essential. As the use of AI is increasing day by day, you should be able to learn to use the new technologies. This will give you an edge over others within your field of expertise in the market.
