Yes, you heard me right, YouTube can definitely help you start a side hustle! 

What do you think about social media? Many people say that social media is just a waste of time and made people addicted to watching videos, shorts, etc. online. Do you also think similarly? 

Although every social media platform has its own advantage, in this blog, I am focussing on YouTube. 

For me, social media is a revolution that has 

- changed the way people think, 

- provided a wealth of 24/7 freely available knowledge, 

- made online learning possible without spending a single penny, 

- given life to promotional content, promoting anything through videos is an excellent way to attract your audience 

- created a new way to share important messages or information with the public all over the world from anywhere, anytime

So, coming to the main topic of this blog how YouTube can help you start your first side hustle. Here I will be discussing my own experiences with you.

Try watching YouTube channels to discover high-demand skills in the market that interest you. There are many YouTubers who target freelancers, side hustlers, or online workers and provide relevant details related to skills that you should learn if you want to start s new side hustle or you are a beginner in this field.

• Option 2#

Now, look for channels as per your skill that you already decided. Find and follow channels that provide relevant information related to your skill area. 

For example, I used to follow a few YouTube channels that I found helpful as well as interesting: 

to help start with side hustles, 

to get the required information and resources to start freelancing, 

to learn where to find with work from home jobs and others.

I have also started a YouTube channel, The Healthy Hustle Life for people who are looking to start their freelancing career, or searching for a remote, work-from-home, or work-from-anywhere job that they can work online. If you are looking to start a side hustle or a part-time job, you can follow my channel for available job opportunities in the market. 

On my YouTube channel, I used to provide information on the available jobs that you can do from home or anywhere. 

Each of my videos has different job openings available in the market that you can apply to work from home or as a part-time job to earn some extra money online. These jobs are best fit for students, stay-at-home moms, retired professionals, and those who look to start a side hustle or a freelance job or earn online.

Likewise, there are several kinds of YouTube videos available that you can check as per your need and follow to find relevant information.

You can also try finding YouTube channels that focus on teaching a particular skill and even provide step-by-step tutorials. So, it can be your free resource to learn a new skill. 

I have tried learning a few of the in-demand skills that I found interesting including Canva design, copywriting, and SEO. You can also decide and try to find channels that focus on your specific skill area to learn for free.

• Option 4#

In addition to the above, there are YouTube channels that provide information on how you can start freelancing with different platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others. Some of the YouTube channels also provide tips to find clients through social media channels like LinkedIn or Instagram, and cold emailing.
